These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services and products provided by HJC Photography ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking our services or purchasing our products, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Product Orders

All products offered by HJC Photography — including photo slates, metal panels, photo blocks, and other custom photo items — are made to order and based on the images and specifications you provide at the time of purchase.

As such, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have gone into production.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• Products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival

Please ensure all image choices, and product selections are correct before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

• You must provide clear photographs showing:

  • The damaged product

  • The original packaging it arrived in

• The item must be returned in the original packaging it was shipped with

We reserve the right to refuse replacements if the original packaging is not returned or if damage was caused by mishandling after delivery.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

• You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost

• We recommend using a tracked service to avoid lost items

HJC Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Production & Delivery Timeframes

• Orders typically take 10–20 working days to produce, depending on the product type and order volume

• Delivery times may vary due to third-party courier delays or seasonal demand

We will notify you once your item has shipped. Please allow extra time during peak periods (e.g., holidays).

6. Image Quality & Usage

• Images provided by HJC Photography must be high-resolution and legally owned by HJC Photography

• By placing an order, you confirm that you understand you cannot reproduce HJC Photography's image(s) else where

7. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs, layouts, and branding created by HJC Photography remain the property of HJC Photography

• We reserve the right to use images of your completed products for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media) 

​

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by courier delays

• Indirect or consequential loss arising from late, incorrect, or faulty delivery beyond the value of the original order

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product supplied.
