At HJC Photography, we take great care in producing and packaging all of our photographic products. Each item is made to order, and we strive to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

• You change your mind after ordering

• You no longer want the item

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Returns for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. This applies to the following products:

• Slate photo prints

• Metal photo panels

• Photo blocks

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including images of both the product and the packaging

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as it was sent

We reserve the right to reject claims where the original packaging has not been retained or where evidence of damage is insufficient.

3. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for:

• The cost of return postage

• Ensuring the item is securely packaged for its return journey

• Items must be returned within 14 days

• Customers have a responsibility to write a return label

We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund

If customers would like a refund:​

• The processing time is up to 28 days

5. How to Report a Damaged Item

Please email us at holly.hjcphotography@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the damage and packaging

We aim to respond within 2 working days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and offer either a replacement or store credit.
